I have over 15 years’ experience working in mental health and wellbeing and have worked across a variety of services. These include the University sector, Private Hospitals and across several NHS Trusts, where I worked in Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT), Health Centers and GP Surgeries.


Alongside my private practice, I work with colleges and universities, mentoring students who are currently experiencing a range of physical, emotional and psychological difficulties, which may impact on their studies and daily life.
